Yes, we provide complimentary pick-up and delivery services for customers with a 3 kg minimum laundry (Area Nusa Dua-Jimbaran).

If it doesn’t exceed 3kg, the driver will be charged an extra price beginning at IDR 10,000.

The commercial laundry procedure that we employ is one machine, one customer, no mixing; the goal is to maintain cleanliness and avoid confusion with other customers’ clothes.

Weighing your clothing before sending it in is an excellent technique to check that your order is priced correctly. But we don’t expect that from our customers—when your order arrives at the facility, our team of laundry specialists will weigh it and update your order with the weight and price.

Don’t worry if you are not there at your location during collection or delivery! We make this as easy for you as possible. Simply leave your laundry at a reception, bell desk, security, or other safe location, and we will take care of it. For deliveries, simply tell us where and when you want your clothes dropped off. Furthermore, we are always available on WhatsApp in case you require assistance.

Customers must be familiar with each other’s clothing when going to the laundry. We recommend separating and washing faded clothing separately. If there are faded garments left in the kilo laundry, it is not our duty because we treat all kilo clothes equally.
