Laundry

Simply make a booking on our website or contact us via WhatsApp, and our staff will directly explain the service details and assist you in scheduling laundry pick-up and delivery to your location. Just have a grateful the holidays.

Yes, please separate your white laundry from other clothes in one bag. We can provide specific treatment for your clothes.

Yes, if you are in the same location (nusa dua-jimbaran), please provide me with your hotel room number or where you are staying.

We are open:

  • Our Shop : Everday (12:00 PM-08:00 PM) 
  • Pick-up and Delivery : Everday (08:00 AM-06:00 PM)

We have a clear lost/damage policy. In rare circumstances of loss or damage, we will recompense you based on the item’s condition and worth. Please make any claims within 48 hours of receiving your laundry.

Yes, just write a specific request on WhatsApp message with a picture of the clothes and kindly separate them in one bag, we’ll provide special treatment for these garments and remove the stain.

Payment
& Delivery

Please pay after your laundry service has arrived. You can pay for our laundry services online with PayPal, transfer Bank or in cash when we deliver your items. whichever suits you best

Yes, we have a minimum laundry charge of 4 kg. If your laundry is less than 4 kilograms, we will charge additional fees of 20.000 for pickup and delivery service

Please confirm in a WhatsApp message, and then pay online using PayPal, transfer to a bank, or entrust the payment to the concierge, reception, or any other secure location. After the payment is done, we will deliver your laundry to the concierge, reception, or any other safe location.

Yes, cash on delivery is offered to many customers. We always prefer customer payments immediately the laundry has already arrived.

The currency rate on our PayPal is $1 USD = IDR 15.000.
